He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Spivey and Betty Jean Parker Hendricks; his stepfather Gerald Leroy Hendricks; and his brother David Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Tammy James Spivey; his children, Amber Love (Jimmy), Clay Spivey, Holly Spivey and Haley Spivey; his siblings, Debbie Huber (Steve) and Chris Hendricks (Melissa); his sister-in-law Cindy Hendricks; his stepchildren, Weldon W. James and Thomas Willis; his grandchildren, Dalton Roberts, Cayden Serretiz and Jace Love; his stepgrandchildren, Logan James, Caleb James, Lydia James and Jaxon James; his great grandchild Colton Roberts; and his friends, Johnny, Wendy Graham and Richie McGee.
