We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2021, at the age of 93, Dorothy Elizabeth Fowler of Lincolnton, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Elizabeth Fowler to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Fowler; her parents, Ethel Sain and Void Alvin Sain; and her sisters, Margie Myers and Jo Ann Canipe.

She is survived by: her brother Ted Sain (Karen); and her nieces and nephews, Shelia Roush (Frank), Gail Swanson (Joe), Rita Hefner (Kevin), Pam Mackie (Brian), Carroll Canipe (Virginia) and Chris Canipe (Kim).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dot's name to Antioch Lutheran Church, 330 Old NC 277 Loop Road, Dallas, North Carolina or Hospice at Medi Home Health and Hospice.
