She was predeceased by: her mother Flossie Mosteller Land Smith; her husband Ronald Braxton Dalton; her brother Eddie Land; and her brother-in-law Joseph Robinson. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Rikard (Marty) of Lincolnton and Patty Dalton of Lincolnton; her siblings, Jimmy Land (Julie) of Crouse, Roger Land (Pam) of Dallas, Bill Land (Mary Ennis) of Lincolnton, Glenda Robinson of Gastonia, Martha Weaver (Paul) of Lincolnton, Betty Warlightner of Lincolnton and Annette Hartman (Glenn) of Shelby; and her grandchildren, Braxton Rikard, Andrew Dalton, Bailey Rikard, Eilainia Ballenger, Brayden Rikard and Abigail Ballenger.

The family will not be present during this time due to COVID-19 restrictions.
