She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Mae Eurey Dement. She is survived by: her husband Dwight E. Turner; her children, Ed Turner of Oak Brook, IL and Shay Turner Campbell (Michael) of Denver; her siblings, Michael Dale Eurey (Amy) of Iron Station and Vicki E. Hovis of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Carly Blevins (Clint), James, Caleb and Caroline Turner; and her great grandchild Mason Blevins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Hesed House of Hope, 100 Ann Gaither Court, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to Samaritans Purse, Operation Christmas Child, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
