He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Turner and Patsy Taylor Turner; his brother Warren; and his sister-in-law Christine Turner. He is survived by: his husband William Goins; his siblings, Joy Rinaldi (Peter) and Jeff Turner (Marian); his nephews, Josh Turner (Bobbie), Scott Turner (Tiffany) and Christopher Rinaldi; and his niece Emily Whitehurst (Matt).
