He was predeceased by: his parent Veva Ormsby; and his wife Carmen Ramirez Ormsby of Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Donald Ormsby (Lisa) of Lincolnton and Pamela Irene Ormsby Johnson of Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
