She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Murphy and Betty Fortenberry Murphy; and her husband Danny Butch Blalock. She is survived by: her sons, Shannon Williams of Seattle, WA and Josh Williams (Stephanie) of Lincolnton; her stepsons, Jeremy Blalock and Justin Blalock of Maiden; her sisters, Patty Murphy of Stanley and Linda Murphy of Lincolnton; and her pet April. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
