She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Simmons and Rachel Caviness Simmons; and her sister Delores Dameron. She is survived by: her son Dustin Mims (Felisha); her grandsons, Cole and Dylan Mims; and her siblings, Carolyn Moore, Raeford Simmons and Jim Simmons.
