He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Willard and Virginia Mitchem Willard; his wife Sarah Diane Friday Willard; and his sister Marlene Cavin. He is survived by: his children, Renee Mullis (Danny), Kimberly Bohanan (Tim) and David Willard (Angela); his grandchildren, Brett, Amber, Kinsey, Austin, Lauren and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Ariana, Nataleigh, Brayden, Everleigh and Adleigh; and his sister Lynn LeCroy (Danny) of South Carolina.
