He is survived by: his children, Chantae Smith, David Smith and Christy Andrade; his son-in-law Jose Andrade; his grandchildren, Carmen, Julian, Luis Angel and Dulce Andrade; his brother Timothy Smith; his parents-in-law, Wesley, Roseann Brewington, Guadalupe Andrade and Leticia Avila; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Samantha, Amanda Brewington, Jonathan (Shannon), Waylon and Amanda Smith; his aunt Betty Thompson; and his godchildren, Timothy and Crystal Melton.
