He was predeceased by: his parent Hazel Bivens; and his brother Dale Bivens. He is survived by: his wife Shasta Bivens; his son Joshua Bivens (Nicole); his stepsons, Nathan Black, Steven Black (Donna) and Austin Black; his siblings, Tommy Bivens (Lorri), Johnny Bivens, Barbara Bivens (Mark) and Tabitha Leonard (Mark); and his grandchildren, Crimson, Violet, Hopper and Jameson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
