It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Withers Barnette (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Wesley Barnette and Mary Atkins Barnette; and his brothers, Leary and Bob Barnette. He is survived by: his wife Merle Caldwell Barnette of Lincolnton; his daughter Debi Heglar (Gary) of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Amber Heglar Roberts (Todd) of Huntersville and Adam Ryan Heglar (Nichole) of Cornelius; and his great grandchildren, Emily, William, Eve Roberts, Lorelai and Amelia Heglar.
