He is survived by: his mother Frances Byrum Averitt of Taylorsville, NC; his wife Lesley Starnes Averitt; his daughters, Lauren A. Visi-Clark (Joshua) of Greenville, SC and Courtney Averitt (Hunter Erb) of Denver, NC; his father Chuck Averitt; his brother Eric Jason Averitt (Laticia) of Stoney Point, NC; his parents-in-law, Carlton and Lois Starnes of Denver; his brother Richard; his grandmother Irene Starnes of Newton, NC; and his nephew Frankie Averitt of Stoney Point, NC. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
