He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert S. Borst and Constance Borst. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Borst; his sons, Connor Evan Borst (Hailey) of Raleigh and Alexander Shaw Borst of Sherrills Ford; and his sisters, Lisa Borst of New Hampshire and Judy Borst of California.
