It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jeanette Hamilton of Lincolnton, North Carolina, born in Griffin, Georgia, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry T. Horton and Dorothy T. Horton; her husband Richard Hamilton; and her daughters, Stephanie Seymour and Darlene Farmer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Doolin of Buford, GA and Susan O'Connell (Paul) of Savannah, GA.; her grandchildren, Medina Maney (Elias Velasquez) of Atlanta, GA, Chris Farrar (Lindsey) of Winder, GA, Casey Farrar (Valerie) of Buford, GA and Caroline O'Connell of Savannah, GA.; her great grandchildren, Tyler Velasquez and Savannah Farrar; and her son-in-law Barry Farmer of Lincolnton.
