She is survived by: her children, Deborah Beaver, Steven Mayhew (Tammy), Randy Mayhew and Kimberly Powell; her granddaughters, Mandy Schmitt (Craig), Brittany Sisk (Justin) and Jessica Carpenter (David); her great grandchildren, Eden Schmitt, Ollie Schmitt, Carley Carpenter and Lauri Carpenter; and her caregiver Lynn Smith.
