It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Asbury Dysart (Lincolnton, North Carolina), who passed away on August 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Jennings Asbury and Mary Arney Asbury; and her husband Johnny Warren Dysart. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly D. Duschel of Lincolnton; her sister Shirley Combs of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Ensign Nicholas Duschel of Bahrain, Jessi Duschel and Caitlyn Duschel of Lincolnton; and her nephew Robbie Combs of Lincolnton.
