He was predeceased by: his father James Russell Saunders. He is survived by: his mother Janet Votroubek Saunders of Charlotte; his wife Dianne Green Saunders; and his siblings, Kevin Saunders (Julie) and Jill Johnston (Scott) of Charlotte.
