We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2023, at the age of 90, Bobbie Metcalf Self Caldwell (Lincolnton, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hubert Metcalf and Cora Cannon Metcalf; her former husband Guy E. Self; her husband Billy Joe Caldwell; her granddaughters, Katelyn and Amanda Self; and her siblings, William H. Metcalf, Joseph H. Metcalf, Jr., Barber Lee Metcalf, Annie Mae Moore and Hilda LeCroy.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Self (Dianne) of Dallas, NC and Monty Self (Melanie) of Dallas, NC; her stepdaughters, Monica, Sharon and Tiffany; her grandchildren, Jason, Joshua, Ashley, Ryan and Taylor; and also Gail Villalobos. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
