She is survived by: her husband David Hallman; her stepson Marty Hallman (Pam) of Lincolnton; her siblings, Eugene Proctor of Simpsonville, SC, Calvin Proctor of Conover and Doris Rankin of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Neely Miller (Arthur) of Lincolnton, Jennifer Hallman of Greer, SC and Sadie Mae Hallman of Lincolnton; and her great grandchild Hazel Miller.
