She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Lynn and Kimmie Randall Lynn; the father of her children Robert "Cottontop" Brown; her daughter Robin Brown; her granddaughter Betsy Icard; and her siblings, Carl, Ray, Amzi, Max Lynn, Alice Baker, Bonnie Taylor, Louise Garrison, Edith Sneed and Prue Lynn.
She is survived by: her caregiver Bradley Brown of Lincolnton; and her great grandchild Jaylee Fredell. She is also survived by one grandson, two great-grandsons and numerous nephews and nieces.
