She is survived by: her husband Jerry Donald Ballard; her children, Mike Ballard (Rande), Ken Ballard (Tammy), Tony Ballard and Donna Ballard; her grandchildren, Kyle Ballard (Natasha), Justin Ballard, Evan Ballard and Crystal Brooks (David); her stepgrandson Wesley Crook (Mary); and her siblings, Linda Wilkinson (Sam) of Valdese, Jane Chronister, Carole Carter (James), Beth Roseboro (Nelson), Dale Norman and Jeff Beal (Lou).
