She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Wilson Saine and Velma Leonard Saine; her husband Larry Kenneth Carpenter; and her brother Bill Saine. She is survived by: her children, Ken Carpenter (Ruth) of Lincolnton and Lesa Parker (Tony) of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Matthew Carpenter, Madison Carpenter and Adam Parker.
