He is survived by: his wife Doris Sisk; his sons, Charles Dwayne Sisk, Phillip Sisk (Teresa) and Kyle Sisk (Cherie); his grandchildren, Cassidy Causby (Seth), Zach Sisk (Beth), Matt Sisk (Allison), Justin Sisk (Brittany), Jamie Sisk, Tyler Sisk (Abby), Emma Sisk and Kadyn Sisk; his great grandchildren, Zaedyn, Kingston, Emmett, Declan, Avery, Chandler and Monroe; and his sisters, Ruby of Lincolnton and Shirley of Lincolnton.
