It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Dewey Geddings (Lincolnton, North Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dewey Geddings and Eula Geddings; and his siblings, Debra Lucas and Barry Geddings. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Geddings; his daughters, Kim Davis (Ray), Heather Geddings and Lisa Jerzak (Edward); his grandchildren, Corey Davis (Erikah), Courtney Davis, William Davis (Hailey), Daylyn Geddings, Joselyn Patterson, Alan Jerzak and Cooper Jerzak; his great grandchildren, Ezra Davis, Maya Davis, Tristan Davis and Elizabeth Crawford; his siblings-in-law, Eddie Butler (Pam) and Dolly Bilger (Patrick); his father-in-law Willie Timmons; and his niece Katie Hamilton.
