William Coats Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2020, at the age of 83, William Coats (Lillington, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo R. Coats and Mary Louise Godwin Coats. He is survived by: his children, William J-M Coats of Coats, Charles A. Coats (Dina) of Coats, Jerry L. Coats (Karen Faircloth) of Lillington and Corinne L. Coats of Coats; his grandchildren, Leon, Austin, Ashley, Brooke, Dustin and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Natilyn, Carden, Adalynn and Fitz; his brother John Danny Coats (Barbara) of Virginia; and the mother of his children Michele S. Coats of Coats. He is also survived by grand dogs; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Coats Grove Fire and Rescue, PO Box 85, Coats, NC 27521.
