He was predeceased by: his father Donald Earl Rogers; his stepmother Mary Louise Rogers; and his stepsister Sarah Howard (Libby). He is survived by: his mother Dianne O'Quinn Estes (James) of Sanford; his wife Katrina Coggins Rogers; his children, Matthew E. Rogers (Candace Wilson) and Tonia D. Ailerson (Kurt) of Sanford; his grandchildren, Lexie Ailerson, Erin Ailerson and Ruby Rogers; his brother Phil Rogers of Lillington; and his stepsisters, Jeana Crawford, Angela Adcock, Denise Natty and Christy Barker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home & Crematory (1310 S Main St, Lillington, NC 27546). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
