He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hall and Carrie Mae Howell Hall; his wife Narvie Johnson Hall; and his siblings, James Henry Hall and Nellie Mae Upchurch.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Sue West (Daniel) of Spring Lake, Tommy Earl Hall, Jr. (Alison) of Spout Springs and Winfred Scott Hall of Sanford; his grandchildren, Brandon McLamb, Heather Chambers of Texas, Bridgette Hall of Mamers, Thomas Hall of Rocky Mount, Jamie Hall of Vass, Johnathan Hall (Samie Epps) of Spout Springs, Tristan Mahon (Carolyn Mahon) of Sanford and Traci Hall (Shon Brewington) of Goldston; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Johnson of Lillington and Joyce Johnson of Broadway. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
