He was predeceased by: his wife Eula Mae Ridges; his parents, Jule Bradford and Dora Bradford; and his siblings, Viola Ridges, Jessie McLean, John, Willie and Robert Ridges.
He is survived by: his children, Monica "Prissy" Ridges of Lillington, Jackquail Ridges (Cynthia) of Spring Lake, NC and Brandon Ridges of Lillington, NC.; his siblings-in-law, Linda Moore, Gloria Mckoy of Lillington, Juanita Ridges of Detroit, MI, Mary Ridges of Sanford, NC and Victor Moore of Lillington; his brother Jimmy Ridges of Bennettsville, SC.; and his grandchildren, Yasmine Cole (Antwon), Tatiana, Tyquan, Jace (Nadreina Burnett), Antonio, Brodrick Mckoy and Joshua. He is also survived by grand kids. And host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
