He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Frizzelle. He is survived by: his mother Benita Frizzelle; his wife Lisa Johnson Frizzelle; his daughter Melissa Frizzelle; his stepdaughter Jennifer Turbeville; his grandchildren, Truman, Lea, Logan, Nathan, Olivia and Kallie; and his brothers, Van Frizzelle (Sandy) and Rusty Frizzelle (Debbie). He is also survived by many nephews, a niece, family and friends.
