He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Martin, Sr. and Lois Davis Martin; and his siblings, Marie Pruitt, Ray Martin, William Henry "Punk" Martin, Jr. and Ronnie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Morris Martin; his daughters, Geneva Martin Bonilla (Mario) of Siler City and Jessica Martin Duncan (Mack) of Shawboro; and his siblings, Cecil Martin (Virginia) of Bailey, Dennis Martin (Marie) of Sanford, Shirley Duncan (Ray) of Timberlake and Pam Harrington (Max) of Sanford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
