She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Deal and Eunice Jones Deal; her husband Alston McNeill; and her siblings, Pauline Spivey, Jimmy Deal and Sue Nell Deal.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lespie O'Quinn (Halford) of Bogart, GA, Peggy West (Robert) of Lillington and Donna Cummings (Johnny) of Lillington; her grandchildren, Stephanie Elkins (Doug) and Chris O'Quinn (Carolyn); and her sisters, Lib O'Kelley of Lillington, Faye Denkins of Lillington and Dorothy Patterson of Lillington. She is also survived by 5 great-grandsons; 2 great-great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
