He is survived by: his wife Ann McNeill; his children, Tracey McLean of Tampa, Wesley Spears of Coats, NC, Jamie McNeill of Fayetteville, NC, Angie McNeill of Fayetteville, NC, Dianne Simpson, Teresa McNeill of Lillington, NC and Ryan McNeill of Spring Lake, NC; his stepsons, James Ray of Lillington, NC, Charles Marsh of Broadway, NC and Eddie Freemen of Texas; and his close friend Deacon Phillip Charles. He is also survived by grandchildren; very dear friend.
Due to COVID-19, the Governor of North Carolina has asked that all gatherings be limited to no more than 50 people including staff and all attendees such as clergy, ushers, musicians etc.
