She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnice O'Quinn and Viola McLean O'Quinn; her husbands, Marion Byrd and William Roberson; her children, Sophia Lee Byrd, Tracy E. Byrd, Sr. and Teresa Sue Campbell; her brothers, Mack and Lester O'Quinn; her grandson Logan Campbell; and her son-in-law Douglas R. Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra B. Jones of Lillington and Gloria Herring (Kevin) of Yokota, Japan; and her siblings, Monnie Jenks of Apex, Elizabeth Garrett of Broadway and Tony O'Quinn (Judith) of Lillington. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
