She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moyer and Elizabeth Chappell Moyer; her son Richard Sholly; her grandson Andrew Koser; and her sister Crystal Badman.
She is survived by: her husband David "Dave" Wertz; her children, Ronald Scott Sholly (Marty), Melissa Koser (George), Robert Sholly (Denise) and Stacy Askew (Kenneth); and her siblings, James, John, Russell, Tim Moyer, Cindy Buck, Lucy Lou, Winkie and Smokey. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
