He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall James Bowden, Sr. and Ruby West Bowden; his brothers, Hubert Bowden, Waymon Bowden, Howard Bowden, Thurman Bowden, Joe Bowden and Marshall Bowden Jr.; his son Larry "Keith" Bowden; his brother-in-law Danny McLeod; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah and Ariel Barefoot; his son Daniel Aaron Bowden of Rio Rancho, NM; his grandson Jacob Aaron Bowden; his daughter Kristy Lynn Sammartino (Anthony) of Clayton; his grandchildren, Mariah Lynn Thompson (Tyler), Benjamin Kyle Sammartino, Sarah Faith Sammartino and Ethan Jonah Sammartino; his daughters, Suzanne Patrice Hunt (Ronnie) of Lillington and Heather Hunt Kennedy (Chris) of Bolivia; his grandchildren, Dylan Hayes Kennedy, Karsen Grace Kennedy and Landry Reese Kennedy; his daughter Crystal Diann Hunt of Lillington; his grandsons, Kyland Denard Johnson and Kaden Hunt; and his son Wesley Allen Hunt of Lillington.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda McLeod of Dunn; his daughter Tammy Bowden of Sanford; his grandchildren, Gennie Lopez, Michael, Charles and Shaina Barefoot Williams (Dewayne) of Buies Creek; and his great grandchildren, Dorian Stokes, Braxton Williams, Lynnis Williams Jr., Sha'Leigh Williams and Ariana Williams. He is also survived by his family and friends.
