She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie West and Ethel Bradford West; her husband Wilbert Arnold; and her siblings, Jessie West and Margie West.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rudolph Partin of Lillington, Susan Renee Partin of Seven Lakes and David Wayne Partin (Melissa) of Broadway; her grandsons, Nicholas Wayne Wells Partin of Wilmington and Aaron Anthony Partin of Dunn; her stepgranddaughters, Kaitlyn Hinkle and Kendell Cook; and her siblings, Wilma West Thibodeaux of Lillington, Willie West of Sanford, Tommy West of Spring Lake, Jimmy West of Spring Lake, Bobby West of Spring Lake and Dennis West of Sanford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
