He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman D McLamb and Elsie Stewart McLamb. He is survived by: his children, Mary Stewart Kolesar (Jason) of Red Oak, NC, Fay Bowen (Glen) of Lillington, NC and John Morgan McLamb (Jenny) of Panama City, Panama; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Upchurch, Bill Mouton, Mason Kolesar, Caleb McLamb, Luke McLamb, Elijah McLamb, Duke Bowen and Hope McLamb; his great grandchildren, Mia Upchurch, Natalie Upchurch, Adaline Goolsby and Sofia Tay Upchurch; and his sister Barbara Byrd of Raleigh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Union Christian Church for the training of future pastors and missionaries.
