It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmy Thomas Sr. of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Gilchrist Thomas and David "Paul" Thomas; his son Jimmy "Jim" Tillman Thomas, Jr.; and his brothers, Ronnie Thomas and Howard "Buck" Thomas.

He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Thomas McLamb (Allen "Puddin" Patterson, Jr.) of Dunn; his daughter-in-law Andrea Thomas of Lillington; his grandchildren, Madison Sexton, Jimmy "Tripp" Tillman Thomas III, Alyssa McLamb and Ashlynn McLamb; and his siblings, Marie Barnes of Angier and Lin Thomas (Phyllis Thomas).
