He is survived by: his wife Judith Baker Nipper; his children, Timothy Nipper (Robin), Thomas Ray Nipper (Jean) and Wendy Nipper Polky (Joe); his brother Billy Nipper; and his stepsons, Freddy Frye (Sheila) and Stanley Frye (June).
