He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Norris and Juanita Frances Whitt Norris; his great grandchild River Mincer; and his brother Larry Gene Norris. He is survived by: his wife Darlene W. Norris; his children, Teresa Minor (Richard) of Burlington, Sherry Keye (Joseph) of Asheboro, Jeannette Ross (Sean) of Asheboro and James Norris of Burlington; his grandchildren, Margaret Mincer (T. J.) of Burlington, Stuart Powell of Alexandria, VA, Shelby Davis (Landon) of Pickens, SC and Lindsey Keye of Asheboro; his great grandchild Asher Mincer; and his brother Harry Lee Norris of Graham.
