Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger William Hornsby and Helen McRae Parker; her stepfather Mack Parker; and her grandparents, Cathryn Taylor McRae (Big Momma) and Dougal McRae (Andrew Schembra).
She is survived by: her son Alexander Schembra; her brothers, Mark Hornsby (Tammy) and Scott Parker (Staci); and her aunts, Patricia McRae Heikkinen and Ann McRae Saunders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
