He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand "Spike" Dahlke and Velda Dahlke; his brother William "Bill" Dahlke; and his nephew Steven Kreoffske. He is survived by: his wife Jean King Dahlke; his sons, Anthony Dahlke, Kenneth Byrd, Robert Byrd and Brandin Stapleton; his sister Peggy Lydic; and his nephew Jeff Stieg. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
