It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glyness Meeks of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband J. C. Meeks. She is survived by: her children, Anne Reagan (Edwin), Susan Loyd, Jarrell Meeks (Martha), Keith Meeks and Laura Elmore (Gregory). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great great-granddaughter.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or to one's favorite charity.
