With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine McAuley of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcom Dickens and Beulah Womack Dickens; her husband John McAuley; and her siblings, Junior Dickens, Hal Dickens, Wayne Dickens and Beulah Howington.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Vuncannon (Jerry) of Lillington, Vicky Key (Larry) of Lillington, Michael McAuley (Sheila) of Smithfield and Timothy McAuley; and her siblings, Johnny Dickens of Lillington, Hazel Smith of Lillington, Brenda Smith of Lillington and Faye Banton (Percy) of Virginia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
