He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Cunningham; his sons, Michael Cunningham, Christopher Cunningham (Michele), Chad Cunningham and Wyatt Cunningham; and his siblings, Jim Cunningham, Pat Cunningham, Charlene Cunningham and Renee Cunningham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
