It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dougald McCauley of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McCauley and Elizabeth McCauley. He is survived by: his wife Nadine McCauley; his daughters, Lisa Byrd (Tommy) of Linden, Renee Cooley of Lillington, Heather Young of Lillington and Peggy Johnson of Lillington; and his sisters, Linda Cummings of Sanford and Shirley McCauley of Sanford. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
