It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Hales of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Watson and Addie Holder Cameron of Lillington; her husband Ralph Perry Hales; and her friend Homer Allen Lanier. She is survived by: her children, Debbi Hales Thomas and Deborah Hales Thomas; her son-in-law Benjamin Ray Thomas, Sr. of Lillington; her grandsons, Benjamin Ray Thomas, Jr. (Kristen) of Fuquay-Varina and Cameron Watson Thomas (Mary) of Hampstead; her great grandchildren, Patrick Benjamin, Daniel John, William Perry, James Mac and Hales; and her friend Annie McDonald. She is also survived by les siblings-in-law; many nieces and nephews and Cameron cousins.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
