She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. Carter and Hazel Sandow Carter. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Browning; her children, Brittany Browning, Christina Browning and Rev. Alvin Browning Jr.; her siblings, Karen Craig and Sammy Sandow; and her grandchildren, Leanna Atkins, Lindsey Atkins, Landon Sweeney and Eli Browning.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts are made to the Smith Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
