It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifton Ralph Brown Sr. of Lillington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Hill Brown (Pa Fred) and Annie Newell Thomas; and his siblings, Therman, Gladys, Hazel and Mattilee.

He is survived by: his wife Goldie Marie Garrett; his children, Clifton Ralph Brown Jr., Vicky Gail, Jill Renee Mangum (Donald) and Christopher Scott (Amy); his grandchildren, Heather Renee, Clifton Ralph Brown III, Travis Walter (Antonio), Schyler Morgan, Cynthia Gail Lane, Shannon Christyn Carter, Taylor Garrett Carter (Grace), Trevor Joseph Carter and Nikki Shea Phillips; his great grandchild Davis James Carter; and his siblings, Buddy Brown and Louise Green. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
